Epoxy Broadcast Non-Slip Water Based

A unique Epoxy Broadcast Water Based Non Skid Coating. Permanent and easy to work with. Stands up to heavy foot and vehicular traffic. This application provides an easy to maintain surface. It is an economical solution to any slip-proofing problem.

Suggested applications include Steps, Ramps, Floors, Decks, Exits, Loading Docks, Entrance Ways, Equipment, Cat Walks. Applied Surfaces include Concrete, Steel, Wood, Tile, Slate, Terrazzo, Ceramic Tile.

To work with is simple, clean the surface with a cleanser or degreaser, results are optimum, if surface is free of dirt, oil grease etc. Mix Component A with Component B for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Spread a thin, uniform coat of procuct over the desired area with a phonemic core (hairless) roller. Then simply, broadcast the industrial diamond chips (provided in unit) over the applied area. When dry, the surface will be impervious to acids, akaline, detergent and water.

This formula has a tinsel strength of 10,000 lbs. per square inch, allowing it to withstand the heaviest of foot and or vehicular traffic. this product cures with low profile grit, making it easy to maintain, while insuring safety. It is designed ot assist with traction, where operational conditions are reduced by slippage, and needed for accident prevention.

The unit is fully marked and clearly direcdted. A unit provides approximately 500-600 square feet of coverage depending on surface.
